Biotherapeutical laboratory in Bratislava
Biotherapeutical laboratory is located at St. Michael’s Hospital complex in Bratislava. It was established through a project of ITMS 26220220030.
Laboratory produces bioagens which are utilized for therapeutic purposes (blow-fly sterile larvae, polymer gels with complex of bioactive compounds used for therapy of non-healing wounds). Furthermore, the laboratory also provides biotherapeutic services (hirudotherapy, ichtyotherapy), and also focuses on research and development of new or improvement of already existing biotherapeutic techniques.
